Sales Policies For retail orders please include the following; part numbers, make, model, and year of your bike, part description, quantity and size if applicable. For dealer orders please include all of the above when possible and your dealer number. If you do not have a dealer number one will be assigned when your dealer status is approved. Sales Terms All retail orders are shipped credit card or COD money order or certified check. Prepaid orders are shipped immediately upon receipt of money order or certified check. Allow 7 days for personal checks to clear before shipment is made. All dealer orders are shipped COD money order or certified check. Dealers may prepay using company check only after approval or you must allow 7 days for check to clear before shipment is made. Credit card orders are shipped immediately upon credit card approval. International orders are accepted only using credit card. Prepaid orders are also accepted if money order or certified check is enclosed with order. All prices are in US dollars. Back Orders All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Custom Kruzin is committed to keeping most parts in stock however, occasionally due to high demand or forces beyond our control we may need to back order certain items. Small orders may be held until entire order is filled to keep shipping cost to a minimum. Shipping Policies All orders will be shipped by the most economical means determined by our company. Air freight is available at an additional cost. Air freight must requested by the customer at time of order. Freight Claims Report all damage claims to the carrier immediately. All orders are shipped, inspected, and packaged to be free from damage. If damage occurs or parts are lost during shipment it is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Custom Kruzin or Dimoco Mfg. Co. Inc. bear no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods. Returned Shipments Returned merchandise will only be accepted after a return authorization number is requested and authorized by Custom Kruzin. All credits and refunds, if authorized, will be given after inspection of goods returned. All returned products must be in the original packaging, must be sent to Custom Kruzin pre-paid, and insured. We will issue a credit of the purchase price which can be used on future orders from Custom Kruzin. Refused Shipments Any charge due to refusal of shipment by the customer is the sole responsibility of that customer. All customers who refuse a shipment will be then required to send a certified check or money before any subsequent orders will be filled. Any unpaid balance will be added to the charge of next subsequent order. Obtaining Dealer Status New dealers are always welcome. Call for details of the requirements of obtaining dealer status. All dealer applications must include credit information. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep our prices at the lowest possible amount for each part. Sale prices are only in effect during the duration of sale. No refunds for parts purchased prior to or following a sales event will be made. Any part numbers used for reference are for that purpose only and are in no way connected to any other manufacturer of motorcycles in the U.S. or abroad. None of the parts or accessories are DOT approved. All the parts we sell are intended for custom applications. The installer must be responsible and check fit along with smooth operation for any parts obtained from our company. We stand behind our parts 100% but prior to modification of any kind fit and operation must be checked. Custom Kruzin or Dimoco Mfg. Co. Inc. will not be held responsible for any cost of labor, paint, or finishing cost incurred while installing the products we sell. Improper installation or any modification will make parts not returnable to Custom Kruzin or Dimoco Mfg. Co. Inc. Chrome Plating All chrome plated billet aluminum items will be warranted one year from the date of purchase. After inspection, Custom Kruzin will determine whether to re-plate or replace the item returned at our discretion. Custom Kruzin will not held responsible for any labor or cost associated with a part that is defective. Caution is required when installing a chrome plated billet product the finish is fragile and should be handled with care.
